DOG HEALTH NEED YOUR SUPPORT

The WVS 'Care for Dogs' shelter in Chiang Mai, Thailand cares for abandoned, abused and injured dogs every day, every week and every year.

Meet Susie, she was rescued and brought to the shelter after suffering a hard life living on the streets.

Malnourished and suffering from severe mange, her future seemed uncertain. The vets at the WVS 'Care for Dogs' shelter provided Susie with veterinary care and as you can see from the before and after photos, she is doing so much better.

Not only did Susie get the treatment she desperately needed, she was also adopted into a loving home in the local area.

With your support, more dogs like Susie can be rescued from a horrible life on the streets and become part of a loving family, something that sadly, many street dogs never get to experience.

These dogs are mainly strays that have been living on the streets, who arrive at the shelter with horrific injuries and in urgent need of veterinary care. The shelter is their sanctuary, their home and a place where they can be cared for until they find their new forever home.

Our shelter relies on donations to carry out this essential work. From dog rescue and rehabilitation to rehoming and animal welfare education.

Please think about the dogs that are in the shelter right now and the many dogs we will be rescuing in the future. They need our help to provide them with the care that they deserve. Every penny you donate counts and goes towards helping all of the dogs in our care.
